An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph865 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in to the ph865 Platform.
You may request the closure of your ph865 account at any time by contacting ph865 support via live chat. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering requirements remain on bonus funds.
